d-i: bleh

Today's breakage:

anna got screwed up. My fault, bleh. Fixed.
choose-mirror still wanted to install stable. Fixed.
localechooser defaults the country to Australia for all English speakers.
Language list display is a bit corrupted with new slang2.
CDs still broken, but I know why, it's because they build against etch's debootstap-udeb, which doesn't yet know how to debootstrap etch.

Glad to see dpkg and busybox fixed, and with luck d-i will be working for etch by tomorrow.
