Very nice debian-cd team meeting today. If the rewrite happens I think it will solve all the problems with debian-cd as well as several other issues. The fuse stuff Steve is working on will also add some amazing features for working with Debian CD images. And Phil has a great idea for an errata package.

Besides that, I think we've solved the very long-standing base-config charmap reset bug, and I've also started to add support to tasksel to let it guess whether the desktop task should be selected by default or not.
