This was an ill-fated perl slang widget library, which I wrote to use to make a better frontend for debconf. I think it was my first widget library. It wasn't a bad little library, but actually getting debconf to use it effectively turned out to be too hard and the GUI not good enough, and so I dropped the debconf frontend, and so had no reason to maintain Term::Stool anymore, and dropped it too.

The source is buried in my svn attick and various archives somewhere..

A decade later, I was told that the Koha library management project had used Term::Stool early on. Stunning how even failures can be some kind of success.
