adding a raq

Debian hardware donations got me a cobalt raq to play with, so I added it to my automated test network. The wacky nfs stuff meant I had to write a few dozen lines of new code; aside from that the time from opening the box to first successful fully automated debian install on an architecture my automation scripts had never dealt with before was less than 4 hours. digress is still a bit of a pain to set up for new machines, but it's obviously getting better.
