d-i

Two main tracks today. First was fixing up debian-cd for the new d-i boot image names, and making it use the syslinux boot messages and splash screen provided by d-i. Along the way I got to do a fair bit of hairy make hacking. Second was touching up languagechooser and countrychooser.

Next I'll work on finally adding proper udeb support to debhelper, something I have put off for too long.
