This started off as a simple project to add better messages to the prebaseconfig progress bar. Something like 2 lines of code changed and many templates added was my initial estimate. Of course many thousands of lines are just po file changes, but it has still became a much larger change than I expected, since various things had to be restructured to make the progress bar work better, including moving utilities from rootskel to di-utils, and reorganisation and code cleanup in di-utils. Not the first time a simple d-i change has mushroomed on me.

I think I will test this for a few more hours before committing it..
