Debian Weekly News

It seems that Joey has gotten into the habit of using a post from my blog to pad out Debian Weekly News if he needs some filler, and if I managed to write something interesting that week. This probably means that I should try to redirect some of that energy to participating in DWN again, but I probably won't, since the impulse to scribble things down here is something that just comes to me when I have something specific I need to get out of my head.

Working on DWN took a much different kind of energy, and I'm immensly greatful for Joey for taking it over, (probably confusing a lot of readers who may not have noticed that the second half of the editor's name changed), and putting out what I'm astonished to see is now 139 issues of DWN (I stopped after 110). Joey, if you ever get overloaded with Debian beyond your immense capacity (touch wood), I hope you drop DWN first because your other work on Debian is critical, and I hope you are lucky to find a good a replacement as I did.
