moreutils update

I'm still getting a fair bit of feeback on moreutils. The latest release (0.3; still in Incoming) includes a new C implementation of sponge, and the README lists seven additional tools that I am considering or am in the process of adding (mime, ifcfg, and, not, z, tmp, and add).

That's only a subset of things that have been suggested to me lately, seems that deciding what to include and what not will be the challange with moreutils (well, that and getting a license statement on everything, something tools of this magnatude often lack). So I'm documenting them in the README for now to see which ones people want.

Also, Chung-chieh Shan pointed me at h4sh which lets you speak Haskell to your shell. Craziness!
