rss2email packaged

rss2email is in NEW. This has been a case study of why contacting upstream authors is a very good thing when packaging software for Debian. If I'd not written upstream for a minor copyright clarification, he'd probably not have released rss2email 2.0 -- or at least not yet, or I'd never have known, since the web site moved. And it fixes several bugs that have plagued me all week as I tried out the original version. Also, upstream was "honored" to have his program in Debian, and is being very responsive, just released 2.1 with the changes I had to make to fit this thing into Debian and more fixes. From dormant to busy, it's nice to see.
