u.p.d.o update

Trying to balance out jwz just a little bit I added a semi-random selection of additional upstream authors to Planet Debian upstream, including some people from perl and gnome. It was hard to pick who from gnome to include, and it obviously can't include everyone from a large project like that.

I left out KDE because it was impossible to guess who was key to include as I'm not a user, and python because planet python is useless for finding interesting posters due to silly truncation. Suggestions? (Also looking for upstreams from smaller projects of course.)

KDS contributed a new look for the site, mostly to make it harder to confuse with p.d.o.

Also, Mako has promised to give u.p.d.o a proper domain name and setup eventually.
