In winter it happens very often, the blueish color cast on your car photo. You can easily fix it in Gimp with Colors, Auto, White Balance. If it's not too good you can do this on a 2nd layer with the same photo twice and use the opacity slider the Layers window (C-l) to adjust it as you please.
